FREE standard delivery FREE Standard delivery is available across most of our products and is for the UK only.
Click & Collect There is no charge for this service and you can collect the same day or the next working day.
Standard Delivery (Uk Only) Up to £3.85 per product or less, many are free* and delivered within 5 days of dispatch.
Signed For 2nd Class (Uk Only) £6.10 per product and *normally arrives in 2-3 business days and will require a signature.
Non-standard Product (Uk Only) Delivery times for non-standard products vary. See below for more information. The delivery cost for a non-standard product will vary and the price will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
* If you’re purchasing multiple products of the same size from the same vendor you won’t occur additional delivery charges. You may be charged delivery from multiple vendors, so please check the total cost on the checkout page.

Click & Collect
If a vendor offers a click and collect service you will be able to collect your products from their premises either the same day or next working day. There is no charge for this service and if click and collect is offered it will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within five working days, and often much sooner.

From time to time unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, weather or a postal strike). If this happens the vendor will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the vendor will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
Delivery and promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional coupon code, that reduction is applied to the product price only and not the delivery cost.
UK delivery of standard products
Most standard orders are delivered for £3.85 or less and sometimes for free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight. If a product is delivered free of charge it will be clearly displayed on the product page.
UK delivery of non-standard products
We class a non-standard product as something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. If a product is classed as a non-standard product the cost will be clearly displayed on the product page.
UK Signed for delivery
Sometimes we need an item quicker, so many of our vendors offer Signed For delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered within 2 days after it has been dispatched.
You have 28 days to notify the vendor about your return from the date you received it and a further 14 days to send them back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To cancel your order, return or to exchange a product you need to Contact the vendor directly. You can notify a vendor by clicking ‘my orders’ within the menu, picking the order you want to return and then click on the vendor and then click ‘support’ giving your order number.
Should you contact the Shopli team we will help to facilitate your refund but this may cause a slight delay.
Once the vendor receives your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. The vendor will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and if your return is approved, the vendor will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
